Case IH Training Camp

This week our sales team attended a Case IH Training Camp in Bratislava Slovakia. Along with many other Case IH dealers from the UK the event provided them all with details of product updates that have been introduced recently and also a look at some additional features that will be phased into production over the coming months.

A Danish farming company and Case IH user with interests in Slovakia provided the events base which will be used over the next 7 weeks as the training event has been organised for all European markets. It proved to be an ideal choice as there was facilities for indoor and in field presentations plus the opportunity for the participants to get some hands on experience not only with Case IH machines but also units from other manufacturers. For many it was the first opportunity to drive the award winning new Case IH ActiveDrive 8 transmission that has been introduced on the Maxxum range of tractors; this new transmission provides 8 power shift steps in 3 ranges giving a total of 24 forward and 24 reverse gears and is available on Maxxum Multicontroller models. Luxxum, Puma Optum and Farmlift tele-handlers were all featured as there have been some great new features and additional models added including the Puma X and Optum 250 models.

The feed back from all participants was very positive not only with the new Case IH products and features but with the event organisation, location, content and of course excellent hospitality. Our sales team also welcomed the opportunity to get a closer look at some competitive models and came away feeling very confident that with the Case IH we have a product range that can meet that demands of all farming, amenity, equestrian and non agricultural businesses.

We are now looking forward to the next Case IH training camp event which will be in 2020.
